Flank Steak - (Skirt Steak would also work since they are similar cuts of meat.)
2Tbsp.Liquid Aminos
2Tbsp.minced garlic
2Tbsp.Worchestershire Sauce
1Tbsp.lime juice
Instructions
Stir together the marinade. I poked holes in the flank steak for the marinade to soak in to. I did a quick marinade and only let it sit for about 15 minutes. However, for optimal flavoring, let the steak soak in the marinade for 2+ hours.
Place the steak on the grill. Cook for about 8 minutes. (Want to create crossed grill marks? Cook 4 minutes, turn 180 degrees, and cook another 4 minutes. Flip over and finish cooking for another 5 minutes or until your preferred doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice against the grain to ensure tenderness. (This is especially important as flank steak has a reputation to be a tougher cut of meat.)
