In a medium saucepan, place carrots in 1 inch of water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
While carrots are draining, add honey and maple syrup to saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Add carrots, butter, and lemon juice to saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and carrots are glazed.
Spoon glazed carrots into a serving dish. Garnish with dill.
