What is life without dessert? Even if you’re eating healthy-er or have a gluten restrictive diet, you can now have your brownie and eat it too!
That is exactly how this receipe came into existance. While no one in our family has a gluten allergy, it is suspected that a couple of us may be gluten sensitive. So rather than giving up treats completely, I re-worked our favorite homemade brownie recipe to now be these fudgy flourless brownies!
Any time I make a recipe that involves brownies, like my super delish Flourless Fudge Brownie Pudding Parfait, these flourless brownies take the cake. Baking pun intended.
I have to admit that I have not tried making this recipe with any other flavors besides fudge, although I am sure it is possible. My last two flour experiments (making my Healthy Banana Bread even healthier and then making egg-less chocolate chip cookie dough, both with almond flour) yielded nothing more than bowls of crumbles. So I haven’t felt too adventurous lately. When I do make another flavor of flourless brownies, I’ll letcha know.
Until then, these amazing Flourless Fudge Brownies will satisfy your sweet tooth!
